General Terms and Conditions of Swiss Private Driver
All our services are subject to these terms and conditions, as long as they have not been amended or supplemented by written agreements.
Offers
Our offers are limited in time, either according to legal regulations or according to the special details in the offers themselves. Our offers are of a confidential nature and may only be made available to those persons who handle our offers.
Prices and orders
All prices indicated on our pages are gross. All bookings are binding.
Payments: We accept most major credit cards, cash in the vehicle, payment by invoice and payment by bank / postal transfer. A Service fee of 15.- Francs per Trip is charged for one Trip.
In the case of the cancellation of orders, the customer will be charged for the cost of our services according to our cancellation conditions. These are as follows:
- Up to 24 hours before order start: No load
- 24 - 4 hours before order start: 50%
- 4 hours before order start or no show: 100%
- Refunds will be charged 15 Francs on the card (Fee of the Bank)
Liability
Swiss Private Driver assumes no liability for delays caused by force of nature, congestion, breakdown, incorrect pickup or destination information or any situation beyond our control.
Payment terms
The payment must be made either by bank / postal transfer or by credit card, at the latest 10 days after order fulfillment.
We reserve the right to demand a different payment method. The retention of payments and the settlement of our claims with counter-claims not accepted by us is not statutory.
Jurisdiction
For any disputes, Swiss law is applicable. The court is Bülach
Our company will at all times endeavor to solve possible differences with their customers amicably and amicably.
Waiting times at the airport:
Up to 30min for free
Each additional started 15 min: 10.- CHF.
Pickup:
The driver waits up to 5 minutes after pick-up time, the customer does not appear and is not available so the trip is canceled and the customer must pay in this case, the entire trip.
The customer must be reachable 30 minutes before pick-up time in case of delays.
We assume no liability for any incident.
Special baggage / child seats
For special baggage we charge a fee of 10 CHF per baggage.
For the child seats and Maxicosi we charge the same per child seat or Maxicosi 5 francs.
If you only need a booster seat it is free.
Please specify at the time of booking what kind of child seat you need for your child.
